I'm an AI product builder based in Berlin. I design, build, and launch AI-native software products — typically in markets where there's a genuine problem, an underserved audience, and a clear path to distribution.

My current focus is the German market, where I see a significant opportunity to bring AI-native products to industries that have been slow to adopt modern software — particularly in finance, compliance, and HR. Germany's regulatory complexity creates moats that reward builders who understand the rules deeply.

I build in both German and English, and I think of language and cultural context as a product feature — not a translation afterthought. The best German-market products are built by people who understand German professional culture from the inside.

Before focusing full-time on building AI products, I worked across product, engineering, and strategy in European technology companies. That background shapes how I approach product work: with a bias toward shipping, a respect for users, and a skepticism of complexity for its own sake.

I believe the most important question for any AI product is not "what can AI do here?" but "what do users actually need, and does AI make that dramatically better?" Most AI features are gimmicks. Real AI products are built around AI-native workflows that would simply not be possible without the underlying capability.
